Come and join us to celebrate the end of this badminton season, the arrival of winter, the arrival of the end of the year and the New Year, or whatever suits you!
Where: Mexicali Rosa’s (beside the Loblaws at the corner of Fraser and Aylmer Road)
When: Friday, December 5th
Time: after badminton, that is as of 10:30 PM
The kitchen of the restaurant will be open and you will be able to order food and drinks.

Stretching clinic - Wednesday November 26th- POSTPONED |

Please note that on Wednesday November 26th, a physiotherapist will be giving a presentation on stretching for badminton players. It will start with a brief presentation and then, you will be able to discuss with her in little groups. One court will be reserved for this event.
This is the opportunity to learn how to stretch in order to avoid injuries while playing badminton. Hope to see you then.

Badminton clinic - "Blue" and "green" |

We will be holding à badminton clinic on November 5th for "blue" and "green" players. This is the opportunity to practice various techniques and get advices on how to enhance your play.
Those interested should register on the form in the badminton board.
Places are limited and priority will be given to "green" and "blue" players.

Invitational Badminton Tournament - Oct. 25, 2008 |

This years' Outaouais Invitational Badminton Tournament will take
place at Grande-Rivière high school in Gatineau (Aylmer sector) on October 25, 2008 at 8:30 a.m., and will be followed by dinner at the Château Cartier restaurant.
All participants will receive a gift. Winners and finalists of each
category (A, B, C, D) will receive a cash prize, and numerous participation
prizes will be drawn amongst all participants. Each team is made up of four men and two women, and the registration fee is $35 per person ($210 per team).
Registrations must be received by October 10 (first come, first served, as
indicated by the postmark) and a cheque must accompany the registration form (dated no later than October 10). If places are still available after this date, we will consider late applications. Please note that we will accept a maximum of 16 teams.
